Health check requests

We collect the name, business name, website address, email, optional phone number and message you submit, along with the submission date and time. We save your request using Lovable Cloud and send it to both Website ER owners through our managed email service to prepare your report and respond to you. We do not send your form contact details to Google Ads.

Google Ads

We use Google Ads to measure website visits and successful health check requests and help optimize advertising. When tracking is permitted, Google receives browser and device information, page addresses, advertising click identifiers, cookie identifiers and a randomly generated conversion reference. Each successful request is reported with a measurement value of 1 USD; this is not a payment or the price of a service. Google may use permitted advertising signals to measure and optimize ads. We do not enable enhanced conversions, customer matching or uploads of your contact details.

In regions requiring consent, and when your location cannot be determined, we block Google's tag until you accept advertising tracking. Elsewhere ordinary advertising tracking is enabled unless you reject it or an applicable privacy opt-out is detected. We use a same-site country lookup to apply these defaults.

Your choices

Accepting and rejecting are equally available. Open Cookie settings to change your choice or withdraw consent at any time. Opening settings does not change your current choice. Withdrawal blocks new conversion reporting immediately across open tabs; previously blocked events are never replayed. We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal. Withdrawal does not erase information already received by Google.

In this browser's local storage, we keep a random visitor reference, your choices and their dates, country, and the notice version and text you saw. Earlier acceptance evidence is preserved when you withdraw. Each conversion stores a reference to the advertising choices and country at the time it occurred; it is sent only when both that choice and your latest choice permit it. Clearing browser storage removes these local records and requires a new choice where consent is required.
